SSG (conditioned) :-
ORGANISATION :- Area as diagram, equal numbers in each area with plrs numbered and they must remember their number throughout. 1 ball in each square and the plrs to pass in numerical sequence then on coaches call the given numbers move clockwise into next square creating more game realism on a team winning the ball all plrs go back to starting order.
OBJECTIVES - Plrs to improve decision making plus technical levels.
CONDITIONS - Plrs on two touches - inside of the foot contact only - different plr to recieve pass always.

ORGANISATION :- 5 cones (as diagram) in a 15 x 15yds area all numbered - on coaches called numbers plrs run to given cones and return to start.
OBJECTIVES - Improve decicion making and anaerobic levels within plrs.

ORGANISATION - Plrs work in 20 x 20yds (as diagram) area with the coach acting as server .
practice - Plrs move diagonally whilst the ball move horizontally, the coach controls the activities and tempo of the practice also involving dynamic stretching.
OBJECTIVES - To prepare the players for specific football activities and it's demands.
TIME - 15mins.
