3 Team Dynamic Soccer Tennis - Allow 1 bounce, Unlimited juggle. Once ball is hit over team moves out and new team moves in.
Technical - Ball Mastery - with cones working in groups (10Min)
2 cone -
i.Tic Toc alternate feet thru and on either side of both cones
ii, Outside foot - start on one side of cone pull ball back and use outside of foot to move ball laterally then use inside foot to touch ball thru middle of cones. Use other foot to go opposite way.
iii. Drag Touch
iv. Pull V alternating ft
v. Figure 8
