The Blues are set up in a 1-4-2-1 and attack two small goals offset from the centre of the pitch.
The Reds are in a 1-4-2 and they attack the big goal.
The Blues are conditioned to play a high line and if the FBs or CAM score it is worth double goals. This is to encourage them to push on and allow the Reds to exploit space in behind. Once the ball goes out of play the Red GK looks to try to play in behind the FBs when possible.
Defensively the nearest CB must decide when to come out to engage the player on the ball and when to delay. The second CB either slides across or the nearest CDM drops in to fill the gap, this will depend on distances and danger. The second CDM will look to screen or drop into the back 4 dependant on the position of the recovering FB. The FB on that side will either apply pressure from the front or recover inside the CB.
