Gate Passing

Gate Passing. Players are paired up and must successfully pass the ball through the cones to their teammate to earn a point. Try to acummulate as many points as possible in the time allotted. Pass wth left, right or outside of foot.

3 v 1 Keep Away

Three attackers combine to keep the ball away from one defender. When the defender wins the ball he immediately combines with the other attackers who did not lose the ball. The player that lost the ball becomes the new defender.

Three attackers combine to keep the ball away from one defender in grid A. If players combine 5 passes they can pass to grid B and defender moves over to defend in new grid. If a player losses a ball to the defender that player becomes the new defender in the next grid.
