Set Up

1 on near edge of 6' box

1 just above edge of 6' box

1 zonal at top/centre of penalty area

2 zonal at top of 6' box - 1 centre, 1 far

3 man-markers

1 outlet


Instructions

Zonal players are responsible for their respective zones

Post player makes themself big, inside of the post

Man-markers are shirt-tight on opposition's ariel threats

Keeper is responsible for 6' box

Outlet stays high, ready to recievie the ball and KEEP IT while we transition


If opposition plays a short corner, closest 2 players must press & post steps to cover vacant zone

1 wide

CB's & 1 CM hold central, behind the ball


Instructions

Main Option:

Free kick taker curls ball into the target area, behind the defensive line

4/5 time their runs to meet the ball in the target area and score

1/5 fakes their run, and breaks off to hold an the top of the penalty area

Second Option:

Free kick taker plays the wide runner, who plays a first-time cross into the target area

Same runs are made by the cluster of 5
