Organisation
- Sixreds (2 x CB, 2 x CM, 1 x no. 10 & 1 x no. 9).
- Four blues + one goalkeeper (2 x CB & 2 x CM).
- Playing area - width of 18 yard boxx 40 yards out.

How it works
- CB 1 will play accross to the other CB who will playinto the reds.
- The reds will aim to get the ball into the 10 and then attack the
goal.
- The red 10 can drop into the midfield zone to receive the ball and
then dribble into the final third or pass into the 9. Once in the final
third, the 9 & 10 will play 2 v 2 against the two defenders.
- Once in the final third, the reds will attempt to score.
- If the blues win the ball they will tryto playto the two red CB's, if
this happens theyscore one point.

Key coaching points (Reds)
- Body positon (red cm's and 10 on half turn), Check shoulders.
- Look to isolate the opposition and create 2 v 1s where possible.
- Type of pass.
- Combination play.

Manage the opposition (blues)
- Compact when out of possession.
- Maintain shape - protect the middle of the pitch and goal.
- Don't get split by a pass.

- Can the red 10 receive the ball and drive into the final third?
- Can the CB find the 10 with a splitting pass?

- The four midfielders are restricted to the middle third box.
- Sixseconds to shoot when in the final third.

- Reds look to create overloads.
- No. 9 must stretch the pitch to create space for the 10.
