- Split group, two central poles acting as players, 1st player to have a ball one side, and the 2nd player to have a ball the other.
- The ball gets played in between the poles, as the opposite player moves to receive (1). The player receives the ball and takes a directional touch to the left (2), the ball is then played to the player waiting and joins their queue, whilst the passer moves into the middle to receive as the first player did (3).
- Each time the feeder follows their pass to become the receiving player.
- On the coaches instruction, the directional touch is changed i.e. to the left or right.

- Three stations with a starting point where the players begin.
- A pass is played to the next station in between the cones, and the passer follows their pass and moves into the next position ready to receive the ball from the next player.
- The idea for the players is to receive the ball, whilst putting into a position in front of them with their first touch to make a pass.
- For the last station, the player takes a touch out in front as previously done, and takes a shot.
Progression
- Dribble the ball halfway before passing.
- Add poles acting as a defender to dribble past.

- Two footballs with the two feeders, swapping roles after completion.
- All repeated on both sides for a number of times before swapping roles.
Three combinations;
1. Three one-touch inside of the foot passing either side of each cone, before moving onto the next cone.
2. Two one-touch outside of the foot passing either side of each cone to improve hip flexibility.
3. Two balls played into the player either side of the cone, the player drags to the other side of the cone and passes back.

- Mirrored session depending on numbers or two balls played at the same time if able.
- The ball is played from the feeder (1) into the player facing who plays it to the opposite player, long to short pass (2). The ball is then played into the opposite feeder who continues playing to the other side (3).
- Pass and follow your pass, constant movement and roles.

- The ball is played into the two players who start as the attacking team, and the other team are defenders.
- Teams start as the attacking team, then become the defending team and finally the supporting team of wingers.
- No time limit & limit of passes, the ball can be recycled and played forward.
- The attacking team has to play at least one pass to make a move to receive the ball and score.
- Teams switch roles when a goal is scored, or the ball is played out via the byline or sideline, either by the coach or GK.

- Two mini-goals with a colour cone or bib placed in the goal, two starting points.
- Players come out without their ball, leaving it with the next player, they play two passes on either side of the pole to each foot.
- The third pass is played through the middle for the player to run onto, they use skill or turns past the mannequin.
- A pass is played into the coach and played pack into the path for a one-touch pass into the goal.

- The ball is played in by the coach for the first player to receive and pass.
- Always the rule that the opposite player runs to press the player receives.
- That pressing player then joins the queue of the player he pressed.
- The player that passes either right or left, joins the queue from where the pressing player come from.
- Start with no contact, just putting pressure on the player, then they can intercept as it progresses.

- Three stations with players split equally. Add a GK, as players become more confident, with the GK changing eat time with the last station.
- Players move to the next station after completing their current station.

- Two teams with one football each team, at least one player in each corner, with both teams passing alternate ways.
- If more players, more footballs can be added, with at the most two players in each corner, the first one in, the next one to play.
- Players to receive on the back foot, ensuring three scans are included and a directional touch.
Progression
- When comfortable, starting points opposite each other, if one team catches the other, a forfeit is given.
- Middle players can be used by the outside players if needed, depending on traffic and availability.
- The middle players can support any team but be challenged by the yellow player, swapping when losing possession.
- Each player gets a point every time a switch is made, doubled if using a middle player.
- Middle players are changed every so often by the coach, using numbers if possible.

Receiving Angles
- Mirrored session, two wide poles acting as wide players and two acting as central players.
- The ball gets played into the first player waiting to receive with a one-two combination (1), after the pass back, the player moved into a wide position to receive (2), who then plays into the central player waiting to receive (3).
- Continuous practice, so when the player receives that last ball, the play is started again with them as the feeder.
- Each time the feeder follows their pass to become the receiving player.
