Description
3v3 Game.
Objective - transfer the ball from 1 side to the other, without the opposition touching it to score a point
Variation - switch places with the end line player after each pass.
Progression - the ball must travel to both ends to score a point, the end line player must play 1 touch before switching.
Coaching Points:
Passing details - weight, accuracy, top spin
Receiving Details - body shape, shoulder check, choice of foot
support details - move as the ball moves, keep passing lane open, look for gaps between defenders
