Ball Comfort: 6 sets of 2 minutes. (30 sec rest)
1v1 Dribbling: 4 sets of 4 minutes. (30 sec rest)
4v4+1 game: 2 sets of 8 minutes. (1 min rest)
Interval Cardio: 1 set of 8 minutes
Cool down: 8 minutes

Organization:
1. Area as shown (12 yds distance to cones)
2. Each team has two lines of 3 players.
3. Every player has a ball
Instructions:
Part A:
1.Each player with a ball.
2. Player A & B make eye contact and dribble towards central cone.
3. Perform skill move (feint), cut to the right and accelerate to next line.
4. As play is ending next two player in opposite team continue pattern.
Coaching Points:
1. Dribble towards defender at speed
2. Perform move 2-3 steps before defender (timing)
3. Accelarate past defender into open space
4. Look forward while dribbling (Seeing ball & space)

Instructions:

b. V move (same foot)
c. V move different foot)
2. Perform with both feet (each set: 2 minutes)
3. Increase speed as ball comfort improves.
