Part 2
Keeper A on end line passes the ball along the ground to Keeper B. Keeper B returns the ball along the ground after a touch and moves to 40m cone.

Part 3
Keeper A on end line starts and attempts to float the ball from the ground into the hands of Keeper.B. Keeper B floats a return back and moves to 50m cone.

Part 4
Keeper A on end line starts and attempts a side volley delivery into the hands of Keeper.B. Keeper B attempts a side volley in return to Keeper A.
Drill restarts with Keeper B starting the 4 steps.
Coaching Points:
Accuracy and good technique for throws, kicks along the ground, off the ground or from hand. Strike through the ball. Lean back to lift the ball in the air. Strike side volleys just below below centre of the ball to move the ball quickly to the target.

Part 1 20m - Throw (5 mins)
Method:
4 Keepers. 1 opposite 1 on each side of the goal. Keepers starts at 20m,30m and progresses to 40m and 50m as the drill progresses.
Part 1
Keeper A on end line starts and throws overarm the ball f hands of Keeper B at 20m. Keeper B throws the ball back in a similar fashion and moves to 30m cone.
Coaching Points:
Accuracy and good technique for throws, kicks along the ground, off the ground or from hand. Strike through the ball. Lean back to lift the ball in the air. Strike side volleys just below below centre of the ball to move the ball quickly to the target.
