ORGANIZATION: Every player with a ball (vary the size of the balls each practice)
DEVELOPMENT:
- inside outside
- 3 touch outside, then cut inside
- 3 touch outside, drag back then outside touch of other foot
- 3 touch outside, L turn
- 3 touch outside, V turn (dribble one foot, drag w other)
- dribble w laces, coach says number 1-10 and players do that many scissors (2 fundamentals of scissors)
- inside outside, coach says UP and players throw up ball and control (alternate feet)
- inside outside, forward/backward toe taps, forward/backward tic tocs (alternating) (check shoulder going backwards)
