Minimum 6 players in each half, if more than 12, create rotation of attacker and defenders

They play until goal/ball our of D then 1&2 and Defender stay in circle

Far Left Channel Attack (2v1 to 4v2)

Defender passes to Attacker 3 from sideline, which releases Attacker 4, who runs around bottom cone and joins in attack. D drops to defend while A3 tries to find a pass or route into D

Play a 4v2 until PC/ball cleared out of D/goal

Players re-set and clear D

Station 2 (10 mins)

Piggy in the middle

Players 1, 2 and 3 try to pass the ball across the square while player 4 tries to get a defensive touch on the ball (disrupt)

Players are allowed to move around the outside of the square to open side to receive a pass or they can carry the ball away from the defender.

If defender gets a touch on the ball, they change with the player who passed the ball

Focus on defenders positioning themselves to disrupt any clear passes, encourage defenders to keep the head of their stick on the ground, keep body angled to get the pass onto the front stick and try to protect their left foot.

UPGRADE: if defender intercepts the ball, they need to try dribble the ball outside the square while the other players can try to tackle the ball back
