Organisation:same set up as before but now player on outside of the box know has choices he can either turn out him self cut bac after few yrds and play pass back too middle or he can switch with middle player .final proggression of session is to add defenders into middle too put pressure only on players

Organisation:arrange area as above size will be dictacted by numbers and players ability.Players to get in groups of three two on the outside one in the middle one ball between three player on outside will play ball to player in middle he will turn with ball and look to pass too player on outside in the meantime player 1 who passed first will go and find another position around the box
players must swap positions on coaches say so .
