Throw, Head, Catch (20 min)
Set up:

Corner Routine #1 (near post—crowd the keeper)
Trigger:
The corner taker holds his left arm up.
Set up:
#10 and #11 (#10 & #7 on opposite corner) set up to take the corner. (looking like an in-swinging and an out-swinging corner)
#3 start edge of the 18 yard area near side to corner
#2,6,7,&8 start on the opposite (far) corner of the 18 yard area
The corner taker signals what pattern is to be played (e.g. one arm up for pattern #1)
Runs:#2 checks right and then runs to the near post
#3 runs to the edge of the 'D'
#6 checks left and then runs to the far post
#7 checks left and the runs to the penalty spot
#8 fakes a run and returns to the starting position (cover for an overhit cross or flick-on)
#9 sets a block on the Goalkeeper
#10 checks right to create a supporting pass
