Pattern of play (15 mins)
Play starts at the red 'gate'. The ball is played wide to the left or right wing (alternating each turn) and that player drives to the half space before pulling the ball back. While this has taken place the 2 front players from the gate have followed the run and created space for a shooting opportunity in the area, the opposite winger has also taken an attacking position.
Players attempt to finish in 1 or 2 touches.

Shooting Opportunities game (20 mins)
Pitch is shallow and wide to ensure that there are plenty of shooting opportunities. Play is 5v5 but multiple conditions can be imposed. Played under normal match conditions with the only difference being a condition and the shorter pitch.

1v1/2v1 Finishing (20 mins)
Players are split into 2 teams and each attacks the goal in the channel ahead of them. 1 player from each group joins the opposite channel as a defending player and starts on the red line. Each defending player has to repel attacks for 60 seconds, the next player may not attack until the ball is in the goal or out of play. After 1 minute switch the defenders.
If a goal is scored between the green and the red line 2 points are awarded, if after the red then 1 goal is awarded.
