This unopposed technical practice is focused on attacking play, taking the ball up the pitch and finishing with a shot on goal. Players must dribble in and out of the cones, using both left and right feet, then passing the ball into a player who is stood on the edge of the 18 yard box, who then lays it off for the first player to get a shot off against the goalkeeper.

This is an opposed advancement on the previous drill, instead of 1 player attacking the box, it is teams of 3, however now it is a 3v2 against 2 defenders. The aim of the attacking team is use a combination of passing and movement to go and get shots on goal and hopefully score. The two defenders rotate with another pair, this will run for 3 minutes, and then the 4 defenders will switch with another 4 players

This is a small sided 4v4 (+4) with two teams in the box, focusing on fast paced passing and moving to attack the 2 mini goals and score. The team in possession also have the support of the 4 players on the outside to pass to, using as bounce players to help keep the ball. It is first to 3 goals, with the winning team staying on and the losing team swaps with the team on the outside.

This is a light warm up, going up and around the top cone twice for each movement, beginning with a light jog, then moving onto some dynamic stretches, targeting the hamstrings, quads, calves and hips. After these dynamic stretches, we move into higher intensity sprints as 70%-80%-90% and finally a full sprint for the last go round. Once this is all done, a few extra minutes are given to allow players to do any static stretches that they want to do while setting up for the technical practice.
