Set Up: Use an area 35*30 with a 15*15 square in the middle of the grid.
Set up the area as seen above with 4 Neutral players (Yellow) on the outside and 2 in the middle who must stay inside the central box. The 2 teams have no restrictions on where they can be in the practice.
The team in possession plays 4v4 with 6 neutral players to support. To score a goal, the team in possession must play into the box, make 1 pass inside the box and play back out again.
If the Defending team win the ball, they must play to one of the outside neutral players before they can attempt to play inside the central box. Rotate the players every 4 minutes.

Set Up: Use an area 40*25. Set up the area as seen above with 4 Neutral players (Yellow) on the outside. Neutral players must play on different lines, not being directly opposite each other.
The team in possession scores one goal by playing the neutral players left to right and right to left. If they are successful at moving the ball to the Target players, then they maintain possession of the ball. This makes the possession directional.

Set Up: Use an area 52*30. Split the area into thirds with the middle third being 12*30 and the final thirds being 20*30.
Place 2 mini goals on each endline as shown in the diagram. Play 7v7 with 3 neutral players (2 target players and 1 player centrally). The central neutral player always plays with the team in possession. The two neutral players at the end only play with the team that is building out of the defensive third.
For this activity offside only occurs in the final third for the attacking team.

7v2 Rondo (15 mins)
Set Up: Use an area 20*20 to play 7v2.
Set up the area as seen above with the Defenders starting on the outside.
As the coach plays the ball in, 2 Defenders can come into the area to press the ball. If the Attacking team make 6 passes - for one goal - the two Defenders leave the area and the next 2 Defenders come in.
If one of the Defenders touches the ball, 2 new Defenders come in and the 2 Defenders leave the area immediately, with the Attackers attempting to make 6 passes again for one goal.
If the ball goes out of play, 2 new Defenders come in and the 2 Defenders leave the area immediately, with the coach playing to the team in possession to begin the activity again.
Players play for 3 minutes each round, with the Defenders and Attackers rotating for 4 'rounds'.
