4V2 + 1 Target Transition Rondo
Team in Possession looks to make a penetrating pass in to targets feet, which equals 1 point. If defenders win the ball they look to score in either of the small goals for 2 points.
Players must make 3 passes on one side before they can play and entry pass in to the target.
Coaching Points:
- Movement off the ball and positioning body to receive and play forward
- Can we solve our problems via passing?

5v2 (1v1) to 2 Goals
Must find the target player in the middle zone and he must finish in 2 touches in either goal - 1pt. Target player must stay in middle zone. Defenders can move wherever in the big grid, but only one player can move in to the central grid. If defenders win the ball they can score in either outside goal for 2 pts or on the middle goals for 1 pt.
Coaching Points:
- Target player must anticipate where the ball is going to go 2-4 passes ahead of play
- Spacing is crucial in order to complete the objective, but players must support teammates in situation where pressure gets closer to the ball.
- Are we forcing the ball in to target just to score a goal?
- Take advantage of the numbers up.
- Are we putting a value on possessions?

5v5 (+2) - 2v2 Inside Targets
Possession on the Outside and looking to find 1 of the 2 target players on the inside. Players on the inside have unlimited touches, but should not force the situation. Inside players are only players that can score and they must stay in middle zone.
Coaching Points:
- Target Players anticipating play and moving in to spaces behind the defenders.
- Understanding when to space bigger of support player on the ball.
- Can we manipulate defenders and look to find the open player in the bigger space?

Ball must find the Target player prior to scoring.
