Organization: 7 v 4 playing to end targets. Working on defending. When and where to press, trigger points/ visual cues of pressing.
Instructions: Ball played in by black target players. Can play between each other till yellow find space to recieve. Soon as ball comes in 10 makes recovery run to help out 6 and 8. Yellow play ball into keepers hands for a 3 points. Yellow get 1 point for breaking through defenders line.
Blue must win ball back and play to target for a point.
Coaching Points: Keep ball in front. If there is pressure on the ball, do defenders need to press? If there is no pressure on the ball, can defenders drop off slightly to defend the space behind them. Quick pressure needs to be applied if there is a bad touch so we can win the ball and transition quickly.

Same game now, but to goal.
Blue 10/coaches play ball into yellows and game restarts.
Regular rules apply so restarts are taken from where the ball goes out to simulate realist game situations.
