Focus is to activate GK extension diving.
GK starts on kneesReceive chest pass from first server, return to first server
Second server passes ball out and low for GK to dive toward
- If diving to left, GK has right knee up and left knee on the ground
- GK transfers weight from right foot onto left foot and explodes to catch or parry
Complete 3-5 times then switch sides
CPs: Quick transfer of weight, explode off the GO foot (the inside foot (nearest to ball) is the one to push from for save), eyes to the ball
