The objective of this session is to improve the technical skills on receiving and passing, associated with handling. This session is been divided into four segments, technical unopposed warm up, technical skills (unopposed/semi opposed), skill (opposed session) and finalizing with a small sided game where they will combine all the above on 1 x 1 game.

TECHNICAL PASSING/HANDLING (Unopposed/semi- opposed) 15 Min
ORGANIZATION

FUNCTIONAL DETAIL
same passing patterns between, the GK2 and GK3,
Pattern start from GK4, that will volley a shot to GK1, catches and rolls it back to the server,
After the distribution to the server, GK1 will shuffle to the side to receive a pass from GK2, GK2 will pass and follow as a SHADOW CHALLENGING, than GK1 receives and control, and pass the ball to GK3, shuffle back and receive another shot from GK4, He catches and distribute the ball back, shuffle to the side to receive a pass from GK 3, that will perform the same as GK2 (SHADOW CHALLENGING)
GK 3 pass to GK 2, and adjust his angle to receive another shot from GK 4.
after 3 shots from GK 4 the keepers will rotate roles.
PROGRESSION 1
Keeper will move back 5 yards
GK 4 will pass to GK 1, one touch pass back, and adjust his angle to receive a shot from GK2 or GK3 upon coach call
After 4 shots (2R/2L) keeper will rotate roles.

THE GAME - 10 min
ORGANIZATION
2 full sizes goals appropriated for the age game model. color vest, cones, soccer balls, three mannequins
FUNCTION DETAIL
Place the two full size goals at the edge of the 18 yrd box, 1 GK at each goal, place two mannequins at the middle of the grid representing two players, and the remaining GKs will position themselves outside the mannequins.
Play will initiate from any GK breaking the lines of the mannequins with a through ball to the opposite GK from the goal line, that will receive and play a passing pattern to to his teammate, if he receives the ball at his half, he must pass it back, if he receives the ball at the opposite half and can't control, he must pass it back to the opposing GK. If he controls the pass on two touches he can shoot at his opponent, If he cannot control it, he will pass it to the opposing GK that will pass the ball to his teammate at the opposite side. Same rule applies.
PROGRESSION
Mannequins comes out after 5 minutes, move the goals forward 4 yards, and play 1 x 1

INSTRUCTION DETAIL
Inside the 18 yard area, they will perform the dynamic warm up, associated wit stretching's.
After that they will take the positions accordingly to the diagram above. GK1 in goal, GK2 Blue cone, GK 3 yellow cone, GK4 (or coach) red cone.
