Y Passing Pattern with defender
Use diffferent combinations and finish with a shot.
Defender puts pressure on unopposed.
The Middle man or Center Midfielder decides on wheather he sets back or turns and plays to either side.
Defender needs a starting point.
If the defender intercepts or tackles when presses they swap.

Rondo - Break out Game
5 Reds 5 Yellow 1/2/ Neutral players
Teams need a minimum of 5 passes in the sqaure before breaking out the sqaure to score, defenders can leave the sqaure to win the ball back if need be.
- Keep the ball
-Attack quickly when done the required amount of passes.
- Use Overloads and neutral players but they cannot score

Drive out the zone and play to your next team mate.
Looking for?
-Can players first touch take them out of their sqaure and second touch pass it into the next sqaure?
- Can player find space and have good movement when reciving in thier sqaure.
- Can players use different surfaces of the foot to pass and recieve with?

- How times can a team go round in 2 minutes?
