Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition)
- Agility warm up
- Activity 1
- Players working on their set position (body positioning)
- coaching points ( Head fixed on ball, elbows bent, hands width of football, feet shoulder width apart, nose in frot of toes, hands out in front ready to save, knees slightly bent, heels off the ground)
- Two cones are used as goal area for the goalkeeper to stand.
- Players work in pair after they start showing an understanding of the technique.

- Hand positioning when catching the ball.
- Coaching points( Thumbs together, W shape of thumbs, rest of fingers spread to surround ball, eyes fixed on ball, elbows bent slightly to act as suspension, weight foreward.
