Rules
To score the ball must go between a pole and post on either left or right side of the goal.
Each player receives 6 crosses 3 from each side.
Striker must recieve and control ball in shaded area. (Size can depend on ages and abilty)
Striker must return to centre cone before receiving next cross.
Scoring
Centre of Goal between poles 0 points
Two touch finish 50 points
One touch finish 100 points
Hit the top corners and points are doubled
Play as individuals or as teams of 2
