Set Up: zones are 7x7 yards.
Instructions: Red team are to move the ball around till they see an opening, trying to pass to another red but in the opposite line. While they are doing this, blue are stepping and supporting, cutting out the passing lanes.
Progression 1: Defenders must stay in their zone, they cannot leave it.
Progression 2: They may step into another square, but 2 players cannot be in the same zone at once.

Set Up: 3 teams of 5. Grid is 40x50 yards.
Instructions: One defending team, 2 teams with possession play together. If a team defending gains possession of the ball, the team that lost possession is now the defending team.

Instructions: Ball is played in from defending team, attacking 2 players tries to score as the 2 defenders attempt to stop them and score on the other net.
