Organization:
One Striker high up with two defenders
Two defenders and one striker off the field on opposite side
A goalkeeper in each goal
Players with a ball at their feet stood at the corners of the field.
Instructions:
Striker checks in to a team mate with a ball and receives the ball. While this pass is being made, the first two teammates in the line will join the CF to create a 3v2 situation from which the aim is to score.
If defenders win ball, they have opportunity to counter attack.
Once the play is dead, the players involved will leave the field (ST and DF by defending goal and other players to back of the line).
The same thing will happen on the other side.

Technical (15 mins)
Organization:
Four cones in middle slightly off centre (to the left in diagram above) with one player standing by cone.
Four cones on the outside where rest of players line up.
Instructions:
Player on inside cone checks in towards player on outside cone with ball.
Player on outside cone finds pass into player checking in.
Player receiving the ball plays a one touch pass back to player on outside before moving to the other side of the inside cone (as shown above).
Player on outside then plays pass to players inside foot so that receiving player can turn towards the next player and find a pass within two touches.
