Organization:
Create a 12X12 box
Instructions:
The red team play 3v1 and on the outside and can cut across the box to support their teammate. The defender in yellow will try to win the ball and upon winning it, will try to dribble the ball outside the square while the three reds attempt to steal it back. The coach will stitch defending players after a couple minutes.
Scoring system:
Red: 1 point for every 5 passes
Yellow: 1 point to the defender if they can dribble the ball outside the square
Progressions:
The player who lost the ball becomes the defender
Coaching Points:
1. Accuracy & weights of pass
2. Contact areas (part of the ball, part of the foot)
3. Body position (keep an open body position when receiving the ball)
4. Head up and find a passing option

Organization:
Create a 20X10 Area which will be split in half.
Instructions:
The red team play 3v1 and are allowed to move anywhere inside the square while maintaining their triangle shape. One player on the yellow team enters the other half to defend and win the ball back. Upon winning the ball, the yellow player plays it back into his/her own half and attempt to keep possession with their team and a red player crosses half to regain possession. (1 point for every 5 passes)
Progressions
- Add a goal at the end whereby upon winning the ball, the defender can try to score. If they score they get a point and also start with possession. if they miss their team continues defending
- Second defender can enter after 5 passes

Objective:
Work on passing and receiving while introducing triangulation to provide player on the ball with two passing options.
Instructions:
Passing & Receiving Square
Red Arrow - Player movement in clockwise direction
Black Arrow - Ball movement counter clockwise
A Passes to B who is running to the gated cones to receive the pass.
B Receives and passes to C running to the gated cones to receive the pass.
C Receives and passes to A who is running to receive the next pass.
The players are passing and moving, in the sequence above. Work on the timing, accuracy, and weights of their passes. Remember to switch directions.
