Organization:
- Three zones.
- One team at one end line with one player in each zone.
- Other teams are at the opposite end line with one player in each zone.
- Soccer balls start with the team in possession
- Thirty by thirty area (10 by 10-yard boxes inside area).
Instructions:
- The reds start as the attacking team, blue starts defending.
- Red1 dribbles the ball into the channel, Blue 1, 2, and 3 come out to defend.
- Red player can dribble into any channel.
- Blue players are restricted to their channels.
- 1 point if Red can dribble across the middle line.
- 1 additional point if Red can stop the ball on the opposite end line.
- If any defender wins it, they can get a point by dribbling to their opposite end line.
*Note: Once possession changes e.g. if Blue1 wins the ball, Blue 2 and 3 would retreat off the field to their end lines, and Red 2 and 3 would come out to defend if Blue 1 dribbles into their channels. Red 1 would have to recover to keep Blue 1 from scoring in their channel. Play for time then allows Blue to start as attackers. Make sure extra players rotate in/out any time a player gets to the end line or the ball goes out of play.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Drive at the defender with speed.
- Commit defender to center to maintain 2 options to attack.
- Weight of touch (Bigger touch to entice defender to commit vs smaller touch to maintain close control).
- When faced with pressure in front of you, look to execute moves such as; scissors or feint.
- Cut back across defenders once you've beat them to prevent recovery and keep the ball from going into other channels/defenders.
Progressions/Regressions:
- Both attackers and defenders have a ball. The defender can only stop the attacker by hitting the attacker's ball with their own ball. If Black1 hits Red1's ball, Blue 1 gets to restart with the ball, and red is defending.

Organization:
- All players have balls in each channel.
- Possession is determined by normal game rules.
- To ensure continuous play, the player in the channel that is the next # up from where the ball went out of play, will start play.
