Set Up
2 Rhombus shapes sharing one cone. Width 40 yards in width and 20 yards in depth
Time
4 x 3 minutes (1 minute rest).
Rules and Conditions
3 Passing sequences as shown above. Practice each for 3 minutes each and then for the last 3 minutes players make their own decision on the passing sequence based on player movement.

Set Up
50x35yards. Small goals in each corner. With main goal in the middle.
Rules and Conditions
Regular scrimmage with directional play. Team can score in any goal. 3 points for scoring in wide goal, 1 point for scoing in the big goal. 2 Goalkeepers on each side that move in tandem, sliding across the field to protect all three goals.

Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
