Session Objective: Progress the Ball into the oposition half
Main Principles:

Organization: 20 x 45 grid, large nets at each end with keepers. Pass pattern as above set up across full field .
Objective: Players pass and move according to pattern and finish at the end of the sequence (sequence 1 and 2).
Time/Sets: 20minutes
Focus: Passing technique (weight and accuracy of pass )
Movement off ball (checking in and out)
Progressing ball forward with purpose (forward touch)

Organization: 30 x 40 grid with corner squares marked out. 2 teams of 4 or 5
Objective: Players must work to complete a circuit from corner to corner. Teams must make at least one pass inside the grid.
Time/Sets: 20 minutes
Focus: Purposeful movement of ball to highest player on pitch.

Focus: Creative and Dominant in 1 v 1, Beating the defender to score, Keep the ball under pressure, beat the opponent 1 v 1 to score , combine to create 2 v 1, finishing under pressure

Organization:2 groups of 9-10 within their playing field, each player with a ball
Objective: Variety of sprints, dynamic actions and stretches. Add balls for individual ball skills.
Finish with game of musical balls.

Focus: Feints and moves, change of speed , keep the ball under close control, scan and awareness, reading visual cues.
