Organization:
- approx width of pitch with pugs 6y out and red line 6y from half
- split players into 2 teams ie. yellow attacks first, blue defend
- 4 pugs
Instruction:
- yellow play to pugs and blues play to red line
- yellows stay attacking until blue can dribble over red line then they transition to attackers
- if yellows miss or score then blues play out from back

- shape to transition from offense to defenxe and visa versa
- mentality change
- defending team shape compact and support behind press
- attacking team shape spread out width and depth

Organization:
- full width of dome with big net on one end and two mini nets on other
- split players into 2 teams ie. yellow attacks first, blue defend
- balls in big net and behind mini nets
Instruction:
- play 3 v 3. Attack, defend then off. (blues can use gker, #'s up)
- play continues until ball goes out or goal scored. If gker makes save, play continues.
- yellow try to score in big net with gker and blues try to score in mini goal
- 10 min intervals then switch sides

Organization:
- approx width of 18y box by 30y
- split players into 2 teams - odd number works best
- several balls with each team on ends
- four pug nets
Instruction:
- team with one extra player goes out 1 v 0 to take a shot on pugs
- once shot is taken (miss or score) the team that attacks then defends
- team that was defending sends two more players out
- attacking team always has numbers up (by 1)
- once in the game you stay in until game is finished
