One side (red) begins with the ball with 6 players. Other team (white) has five player on one side and 1 (target) on the opposite half of the grid. Team of 6 players attempts to make a certain amount of consecutive passes for a point (example 6 passes = 1 point) If the Defending team wins the ball, they play their teammate on the other side of the grid and all of their transition over to support. The attacking team then transitions to the other side of the grid with 5 players to become the defending team. One player remains in the half to serve as the target
