Organisation
Set exercise up as shown above, adapting the sizes to suit the Gk's specific to the session.
Gk will start with a ball on the 6 yard line, replicating a goal kick. The Gk will play a long pass into goals A or B, before holding their position on the 6 yard line. The coach will then shout '1 or 2', and this server will take a touch on either side of the mannequin, as a trigger for the Gk to re-position themselves, before receiving a shot at goal. GK will get back up and reposition themselves in line with the nearest #3 server and receive an announced served ball.
Progression(s)
1. Gk can finish with a final distribution, if they save the ball
2. Coach can stand behind the Gk and point to servers 1 or 2, to make practice unpredictable
Key Points
1. Passing/distribution
2. Positional awareness
3. Shot stopping
4. Movement
5. Decision to set

The coach will shout '1 or 2', and this server will pass the ball into the Gk, who will start in a higher position at the penalty spot. The Gk will take a positive touch to create space, before passing the ball into goals C or D. The Gk will hold their high position and on the coaches shout of '1 or 2', the Gk will drop into their new position, as player 1/2 dribble past the mannequin and shoot at goal. GK will get back up and reposition themselves in line with the furthers #3 server and receive an unannounced served ball at an angle.

The Gk will take a positive touch to create space, before passing the ball into goals C or D. The Gk will hold their high position, as the ball is still 'live'. Player B, C or D will play the ball back into players 1 or 2, which gives the Gk an option to find their new position relative to the ball position. Player 1 or 2 have the option to either dribble past the mannequin and shoot at goal or they can pass the ball in behind the mannequin, for their partners to shoot at goal. Only one of the #3 players joins the attack and that is the same side winger of players 1 or 2.
