Partners are 5 yards away from each other. Toss ball to partner underhand so partner can head ball back. After reps, swithch so that each player gets a chance to proactice heading.
Progression: Serve ball by bouncing it into partner.
Coaching Points:
- Keep eyes on ball.
- Mouth should be closed.
- Use forhead to head ball.
- Feet should be should width apart.
- Forearms out for balance and protection.
- Head through the ball, entire upper body should be moving foward so that head meets the ball coming forward.

Set up 2 small grids approximately 15x15 almost 15 yards away from each other. Players are in groups of 3 inside each grid. One group plays a lofted ball into the other, your team gets a point if you control the flighted ball well, and 3 points if you head the flighted ball to one of your teammates successfully.
Coaching Points:
- Track flight of ball to get in line with it.
- Present surface you want to use to control ball, cushion ball to ground quickly.
- When heading ball, make sure CP's from previous activity.

Use a grid approximately 30x45 with a neutral player on the outside of each sideline. Nobody is allowed to pressure neutral player. 5v5 inside of the grid. 1 point for a normal goal, 2 points for a goal from a flihted ball, and 5 points for any headed goal. Defending team also gets 5 points for any headed clearance. Switch neutral players every four minutes.
Coaching Points:
- Always keep eyes on ball to track fligh of ball.
- Get in line with the ball.
- CP's from activity 1 heading.
