Activity 1:
Ball starts with #6 who plays into the 10's who have to then try and get the ball into the next zone (eithr pass or dribble). The attacking team then try to break into the endzon and score past the GK. The defenders have to stay in their zone to start. 1 #10 can enter the 2nd zone.
Coaching points:
- Move the ball until the #10 can take the 1st touch and break the line of def.
- Movement from #10 to receive beyond def.
- #9's movement to create separation from CB's
- #9 body position facing forward to have 1st step forward
- Decision to pass vs dribble
- Disguised pass (outside of pass)

Pattern to goal:
Ball is dropped to the #6 who passes into the opp. #10 who immediately dribbles towards the back line. Upon the 1st touch, the #9 has to open up the space centrally by curving their run away from the #10. #10 then passes in behind for the #9.

- Attacking team have to try and work their way through the zones and across to the oppsoite side for a point. If the defender wins the ball, they switch with the player who lost it.
Central zone can dribble into the endzone.
