Game Practice (20 mins)

Equipment

Numbered bibs, each player has a ball to be carried. Match ball, Goals

Bib up the players 1-4 on each team

Normal Game but with the following interventions.

When the ball goes out of play, the player with the lowest number bib of the opposite team, drops the ball and plays with that ball and tries to dribble and score. This ball then becomes the match ball until the ball goes out of play again, and then the player with the lowest number from the opposing team then drops their ball and plays with that ball.

Progressions

Players must carry the ball behind them

Players must carry the ball in front of them

(These progressions will challenge the players in different ways including balance and different muscle groups.)
