3 small cones
4 tall cones
3 small cones 3 meters apart
4 tall cones 10 meters apart in a line
Execution:
30 second work periods
(1) The players at the first small cone perform any selected leg exercise for 30 seconds or until sprinting players have completed their shuttle runs.
(2) The players at the second small cone perform any selected abdominal/core activity for 30 seconds or until the sprinting players have completed their sprints.

- mountain climbers
- planks
(3) The players at the third small cone perform pushups for 30 seconds or until the sprinting players have completed their sprints.(4) Players at the tall cone execute a reverse shuttle run sprint, sprinting to the far cone and back to the beginning, then to the next nearest cone and back to the beginning and so on. They have 30 seconds to do so.
The quicker they do the sprints the less work the players behind them have to do. Encourage speed and pushing themselves
