- 18x15 yard area - 5 yard middle zone
- Possession team to make 5 passes before transferring
- Can play straight through off a third man
- Passes through middle zone are worth 2 points, around are worth 1 point
- 2.5min games - 1min rest
- Defenders in for set time first round of games - if they win it they can score
- Second round of games play transition - if they win it transfer over

- Awareness of space, opposition press and team-mate
- Don't force things, be patient and wait for opportunity to play forward
- Neutral CDM player - play beyond opposition press - make sure open and available
