Three teams of four. The defending team can't defend their zone until the ball crosses into it

Coach serves ball to center team who attacks one side. If they score, they keep the ball and attack the team on the opposite side. 

If the defending team wins the ball and can find a way to move the ball into the center zone, they attack the opposite side and the team that was attacking stays in the grid and will defend
