Keeper stands on the goal line and sprints to the 6, touching the cone
As soon as the cone is touched to server tosses a lofted ball at the crossbar
The keeper must use a drop step to parry the bal over the crossbar, or catch the ball in front of the goal line.

Center Shot 35 yards out
Ball is served from juggs machine so that it is lofted and lands just under the crossbar.
Keeper is to set on the 6 yard box and use a drop step to recover to make the save.
