Ball control (mobile) is about receiving the ball and playing towards a direction with the inside, outside of both feet, hence keeping the play mobile. - Make sure players are the least static possible prior, upon receiving and after playing the ball.

Oriented Control fwd + 1v1 (3 mins. per...)
Directions - Defender plays the ball to Attacker to begin 1v1 play. Attacker must control ball with the following instructions:
a. inside right foot touch fwd.
b. inside left foot touch fwd.
c. outside right foot touch fwd.
d. outside left foot touch fwd.
*Goal of the Attacker is to dribble the ball through the BLUE ZONE.
*Goal of the defender is to recover the ball and play through the RED ZONE.

1. Pay attention to body positioning
2. Ready to react and receive the ball
3. 1st touch fwd within perimeter to dribble the ball
4. Control and play the ball in movement (avoid being static at all times)
