- 5 v 5 (4) small goals
(have a third team of 5 players and rotate every 2 mins)
- Play with 20+ yards either side of the halfway line.
- Position (2) small goals on each end-line in the wide areas, on both sides making a total of (4) goals.

Scoring:
- Score by pasing the ball into the goal.
- A goal after a combination is 10 point

Attacking Principles of play:
1. Mobility - movement of #6 & #8 (or 10) off the ball to support the 1st attacker. Movement of the player playing the first pass.
2. width and depth - find highest player
3. Support: Angles and distacnces
4. Improvisation: overlaps, underlaps, straight balls - diagonal runs.
5. Penetration - type of pass (through-ball, lay off) or dribble

Activity:
- 7 v7 to 1 large goal, and 2 small goals
- Target team (Yellow): #1, #6, #7, #8, #9, #10, #11
- Opposition team: (Black) #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #8,
- Place (1) large goal on the endline, and then (2) small goals on the opposite end line.
Scoring:
- Yellow score on large goal
- Black score on small goals
- GK for Yellow defends (2) goals.
