Progressions:

3.if defender steels they can transition to opposite goal to score
option 2
1.1v1 player A is looking to beat player B using the stop start to create space penetrate across the blue line to shoot for 3 points
2.if player B steels they can transition to score in the opposite goal

Progressions: option 2
(C)1v1+1
attacking player can use a supporting player to get in behind as a last resort but attacking player who starts with the ball must be the one to score and will receive only 1 point
rotation A moves to C, C to the back of their team line
after a set time pull up the blue line ,attacking players play the ball to C player receive it back and go live on the first touch looking to beat the player and score.
