Ball Mastery with finishing
Players work on technique for 30 secs, coach gives the go for players to finish at match speed.

Decision making
Coach gives each cone a number from 1-4
Players will doing a technique inside of the square waiting for the coach to shout the number (Vs,circles,sole-laces,etc)
Once coach shouts number player must dribble around the cone and then come back to the square

Fitness with the Ball
1. Player dribbles around square, once player gets back to starting position, leaves ball and sprints around square without ball.
2. Player dribbles around first cone and back. Once back to starting position, dribble to top cone and back.
3. Diamond dribble.
4. L shape dribble. Player dribbles 3 cones up and back, once back to starting position leaves ball and sprints to single cone on the left.

Dribbling
1. Dribble around cones. Work on both feet, right foot only, left foot only, sole, inside, outside. Add moves/fakes as progression
2. T Dribble
3. Dribblle line of cones. Inside-outside, Sole-inside, inside only, outside only.
4. X dribble. Dribble diagonal, then back to bottom cone to reset again. Add moves fakes when dribbling digonal for progression.
