Two players will run up to position themselves for the "cross".
Once both are set, coach will simulate a cross and players will have to battle for ball, both trying to score.
Progression: 1 team will defend while other team is the attackers

Building from the back goal kicks
Pay attention to how we set up to begin a goal kick, must get to this quickly
As soon as the ball is played, it is LIVE.
Team taking the goal kicks is trying to work it into the small goals.
Attacking team if you win the ball you try and score.

Game is played little narrower than normal. and on half field
Goals can be scored in either the small OR big nets.
Played like a normal game inside the lines
Reasoning: Have to defend the central part of the field, give up a little outside to gain security through the middle.
