Organization: Groups of 12 (3 teams of 4) = 36 players. Adjust as needed depending on the #'s.
Grid approx. 12x12 -- adjust as needed
* 3 Rondos -- depending on the # of players in the session
* (Rondo's are 4vs2 )
* Defending team (white) Set-up: Coach plays ball into Rando -- Two players from white enter the grid and apply pressure and try to win the ball. 2-3 min games. If defending team wins the ball try to play back to coach. Coach send new ball into opposite grid and white rotates.
Instructions:
* After complete 3/4 passes in 4vs1 rondo, try to play the ball over into the next rondo.
* 2-3 touches per player (if possible)

* 3 teams of 4 -- (Depending on the #'s in the session)
Instructions:
* 4v2 to 5v2
* After 5/3 passes, teams looks to penetrate defensive team with a pass
* passes have to be on the ground -- Progression could be to balls over the top. Player who plays the ball across to other grid joins in to create 5v2.
* if the team lose possession, defensive team plays the ball across, and the team who lost possession tranisions to defensive team.

Set-Up: Field approx 35x40 w/ End Zones - Team Set-up (3 backs - 2 Mid-fielders + 1 Nutral - 2 Forward) -- Adjust #'s of players as needed to fit your system.
Players cannot stand in the end zone (offsides) -- must receive the ball/pass as they enter the end zone. Point is scored by controlling the ball/pass in the end zone.

Warm Up -- Into Progessions
4-1 Randos -- apprx. 12x12 grid (depending on the age/level/# of players Could be 10x10 or 15x15)
4v1 Randos -- Green players keep possession vs 1 Yellow defender. Unlimited Touches. Connect min. of 5 passes and play ajoining grid. Ball played to adjoining gride new yellow player applies pressure in that grid.
Progression: Min of 5/3 passes -- Progress to any # of passes before playing adjoining grid.
Progression: Look to try and combine 1-2's
Progression: Depending on the level/success -- add 2 balls to the mix. Ball must be played into an open box w/o ball.
Progression: Encourage players to change/swap boxes with each other. Player who plays into adjacent box, travels into the box and changes places w/ another player.
Coaching Points:
Make the field BIG
Body position -- Keep body open to the field
Support position, constant positional adjustment, mobility of support -- constantly finding the angles
head checks -- look around -- see the field/options before and after receiving and playing the ball.
