Organization:

1 Ball per player

Cones inside area = Planets

Ball on outside of area = Astroid

Orange cones = Sun

Pug goals = Space station

Instructions:

Players dribble around the area in their space ship trying to aviod hitting another space ship.

Players are then asked to visit as many planets as they can in a certain amount of time.

Ball on outside of area = Astroid

Orange cones = Sun

Pug goals = Space station

Instructions:

On comand of the coach the players stop the ball and "blast off" (throw ball into air)

1. Dealing with bouncing balls

2. Stop-turn

3. Keeping ball close

Astroid Field

Organization:

Cones inside area = Planets

Ball on outside of area = Astroid

Orange cones = Sun

Pug goals = Space station

Instructions:

Players space ship has to go through and Astroid field and aviod being hit (coach passing ball through the area). If they get hit they have to get their ship fixed by going to the space station (scoring in pug goal).

2. Striking technique (inside of the foot) - Introduce passing techique

Instructions:

Coach becomes an alien and tries to shoot down space ships by hitting them with their ball.
