The drill is a smaller space to create plays building up from the fullbacks on the right side of the field. The same drill can be done on the left side. It is an 8v7, creating a game-like situation starting at the half. The drill focuses on making yourself available to receive the ball from the fullback.

The drill starts at the half but includes the total size of the field. The focus is to play wide so the spaces for passes are created. Midfielders have to create passing to allow the forwards to score. Wingers need to be wide to allow for crossing opportunities.

Final 3rd
This drill includes aerobic, quick training. It helps with quick decision-making as well as creating simple passes. It is meant to practice creating plays on the final 3rd of the field. Coach passes the ball in to the midfielders and they try to create plays to pass to their wings or send their forwards.
Coaching Points: Players should be aware of their surroundings. Players without the ball should crate space for passes since it is a smaller area. Players should look around them before receiving the ball in order to see where they are passing the ball next.
