6vs3 in each box, if the 6 play 3 passes, then must play into next square for resting 3 to press. Pressing team must win the ball and clear to change roles
Progression:
Increase number of passes before switching
Decrease size of grid
Pressing team must regain possession and pass into either square to change out of defensive team

12vs6 positioning game
ORGANISATION:
- 4+2+4vs6
HOW TO PLAY:
- minimum passes to switch sides
- Reds win the ball and score in mini goals
- wide blues cannot play directly straight to each other (i.e up the line)
CHANGE IT / PROGRESSIONS:
- 1 red can defend 2 yellows
- increase min passes

Rondo 1
ORGANISATION:
HOW TO PLAY:
- In possession team must keep the ball for a minimum set of passes before transferring to other side
- Out of possession team send 3 players into zone and must win the ball back and score in small goals. If they win the ball back other 2 players can join the attack.
- If initial possession team win the ball they look to transfer across to other side as quickly as possible
- Rotate OOP teams every few minutes
COACHING POINTS:
- In Possession:
- Ball speed to maintain possession
- Breaking lines once minimum passes met
- Width and depth to stretch opposition
- Out of possession:
- Compact pressing to win the ball
- Counter pressing if IP team lose the ball
