2 setups (3v3+1) ~20x30yard grid
-players objective is to get ball into opponent's endzone
-can enter endzone with a pass that is received by a teammate, or by dribbling in yourself
-if ball goes out, restart with kick in or new ball from coach
Keys: unpredictable movements off ball, body shape to open and play forward, scanning before receiving
Coaching points: if players seem stuck in same spot all game, show ways they can interchange positions. If player does not check shoulder and turns into pressure, we must correct it. Show opportunities for 2nd and 3rd runs to enter the endzone
